Last week, I ran a WHY Challenge on my Facebook and Instagram. It really is a very valuable exercise so in case you missed it (I know what the summer is like with lack of routine) so I a am going to recap. Take your time with it give yourself a day or two to consider the answers, but keep at it to keep motivated!
I invite you to grab a notebook, pen, cuppa and give yourself the time to explore these Questions as they will really help you uncover the reasons WHY you are stuck. The more you put into this exercise, the more you will get out of it.
Day 1 – WHY are you stuck in a style rut?
I encourage you to give yourself the time to focus with your WHY’s. Awareness is key to change. Perhaps you think your stuck in style rut, it’s leading to frustration, overwhelm, lack of confidence but getting out of it, it’s not your priority I invite you to do this exercise to gauge the real impact and cost it’s having on you.

Why do I feel like I do?
Why had I let it get to this point?
Day 2 – WHY do you want to get out of your style rut?
I hope you have dug deep over the past day or two and got to the bottom of WHY you are stuck in a style rut?
Today the Question I invite you to explore is
WHY do you want to get out of your style rut? Why do you want to change? What you that look like to you? How would it make you feel? How would you know you had achieved your goal?
Again set aside some uninterrupted time with a pen, paper & cuppa and really think about how your life would look and feel if you weren’t holding yourself back.
Day 3 – WHY you want to get out of your style rut?
I invite you to consider WHY you want to get out of your style?
What would that mean in to you? How would it make you feel?
What would you do that you are holding yourself back from now?
Step 4 – WHY are you not able to get out of your style rut?
Ask yourself WHY are you not achieving your goal of getting out of your style rut? What is stopping you?
Once you are aware of the obstacles you’ll be in a much better position to deal with them and achieve your goal of getting out of your style rut and reclaiming yourself.
Step 5 – WHY feel this way?
